We accept returns on faulty items only. Contact must be made within 24 hours of delivery to be considered for return. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Returns must have arrived back to us within 14 days after delivery. Personalised orders unfortunately cannot be returned.

Local Delivery is free if you are within the selected area. Local delivery will be between 2-4 business days. Please allow us 1-2 business days to craft your chosen arrangement.

Postage costs £2.95 when you spend up to £24.95 and increases to £5.95 when you spend over £24.95 owing to the weight of the parcel. Delivery is free when you spend over £69.99. We deliver to all areas of Mainland UK. Our products will be posted within 1-2 business days allowing us to craft your chosen product. All products will be posted second class signed for.
